Over 90% of learners will be able to balance and ride independently in less than 2 hours. Every rider is different - some learn in a single session, while others may need top up lessons to progress. We have 3 levels of success to measure progress.
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended. A helmet is required for safety. Cycling gloves are also recommended or any pair of gloves that doesn’t impede on the ability to use the brakes. For on-the-road cycling lessons, a high visibility vest will be provided.
We offer both one-to-one and group lessons. Group lessons are great for siblings or friends who want to learn together. Group lessons are 2 hours long with up to 5 participants. 1:1 lessons can be 1 or 2 hours at a time.
You can book a session by using the 'contact us' link or visit the booking page to view availability. A helpful bike checklist, the terms and safety disclaimer will be issued before you pay.

Yes. Parents or guardians must stay to observe. Feel free to bring a drink and snack to have on standby.
We believe the journey to learning to ride should be a fun and positive experience and at the pace of the rider. Therefore, our coach will gently encourage but never force students to do something they don’t want. We strongly believe that learning to ride or improving current skills should be a positive experience without pressure. Parents and riders will be given individual feedback to help nurture their confidence. We all learn at different paces so you will be told how to improve or offered further lessons.
In case of severe weather or heavy rain, lessons may have to be postponed to another date or time. If rain gets heavy during a lesson then we may pause to let it pass.
Once a booking has been made, it is non-refundable however you can use the credit towards enhanced riding skills as shown in level 3 or 4 of the learning levels section. Alternatively you will be issued with a gift voucher that you can pass onto a friend.
You will be offered a credit voucher to book onto another available session.
