Lesson checklist
What you need to take part:
- Your pedal bicycle without stabilisers (or rent one from us)
- Brakes that work with rider able to reach and use them
- Saddle angle and height adjusted with feet almost flat to the floor without a bend at the knee.
- Tyres that are pumped up and firm
- Helmet that fits (an absolute must)
- Water, snacks and any medication

So you can ride, what next?
Once you have learnt the core skills, you can take cycling to a fun new level by getting the correct help and advice from your trusted bike shop. They can offer you a bike fit service and ensure you make the right choice for your next adventure or help maintain and service your bike.
